Bicep mash!!!!

Well kids for those of you interested I have posted the fist week of workout progress with picture of “End-of-Week-One-Gary”.  You can find that post here.  Week 1 is a bit late so Week 2 should be up tomorrow.  This is mainly for me to keep myself on track, my thinking is that I don’t want to be posting up pictures of a portly Gary online. I would rather a Gary that is looking good so if these pictures don’t show any changes as the weeks go by I’ll know I need to pick up the pace.  So if anyone has any advice, hints, criticism or encouragement then don’t be shy, type away!!!

This blog is another attempt at self motivation to do these four things in a year: (In order of supposed difficulty) 1). Achieve at a 75% or higher in the JLTP 二級 test. 2). Write and record a song every two months 3). Learn all the modes in guitar, learn to play at least 3 classical pieces and learn to sweep pick. 4).......lose 10 kilos Should be doable if I can make myself get up and do them!!!!
